Today on #thesolfood we have another perfect breakfast recipe. By perfect, we mean PERFECT because it’s got coffee and oats— every clean-eater’s favourite recommendation.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk

1/4 cup brewed coffee

1 pinch salt

1 tbsp date syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1tbsp chia seeds

Process

In a jar, add oats, milk, chia seeds, honey/date syrup, salt and stir to combine.

Let the mixture it for 5 minutes and stir again.

Close the jar and allow it to set overnight in the fridge.

Before eating, pour some coffee for extra flavour, add nuts of choice and enjoy.
