Ingredients

8 slices of thick white bread or any bread of choice (make sure it’s sturdy)
4 tbsp herbed/plain mayonnaise
4 tbsp room temperature butter
A block of cheese of choice 🧀

Process

Mix the mayonnaise and the butter in a dish and keep aside.

Take the bread slices and spread the Mayo-butter mixture on both sides.

Stuff it with grated cheese and place it on a skillet. (Place one slice with the cheese first and then add the other)

Cook for a 7-8 minutes on low heat until golden and the cheese is melted.

Once done, you can add anything you want, serve warm and enjoy.
