Vegan Omlette

Today on thesol food, we have crispy and fluttery eggless vegetable omelettes that are break fast goals. You can make it as spicy or bland as you like.

Ingredients

1 cup gram flour
2 cups water (approx.)
¼ tsp turmeric
Minced vegetable of choice (onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, coriander leaves)
Salt (as per taste)

Process

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir them together. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

Add water until the batter is semi-thick.
Heat skillet and spray with oil.

Pour about half a cup of the batter in the centre and spread it in a circle evenly.

Flip sides until both are brownish and crispy.
Binge with chutneys or ketchup.

You can also stuff it with vegetables and have it like a wrap.
